Our journey began not just with a business idea, but with a crucial realisation from two decades in the fast-paced environments: HR and L&D executives are brilliant, but they are drowning in the administrative burden of sourcing, vetting, and managing dozens of individual wellness providers.
As a founder with 20 years of experience connecting businesses and people, coupled with expertise in Exercise Science, I experienced this challenge firsthand. I watched dedicated colleagues run on empty, realising the solution wasn't a one-off perk, but a strategic, integrated coaching system that was effective, professional, and entirely seamless to implement.
